It does not matter what name you use as long as it is not offensive. What matter is how you play and how you behave on the server in general.
Why do you play? Is it to help your team win the map or is it to boost your stats?
The players that i respect the most are the ones that are first and foremost teamplayers. You should watch and learn from players such as SGTPepper, Paulp, BartBandy, Milito and many, many more. These players do everything they can to make sure their teams win and dont care about their stats.

i play to have fun and help my team win. ive spent many a map guarding a flag because others feel like attacking when the whole point is to defend. as far as air support goes if im in a dog fight then ur out of luck,...otherwise ill get there as soon as i can

Look, Vig, you're a very skilled player. What gets old is your style of play and attitude.

All the better pilots in TLB make a point of not strafing the enemy runway for cheap kills. We've raised the point with you, but it hasn't sunk in.

In air-to-air, altitude gives you an advantage. When we're playing a match, those pilots assigned to take out enemy planes often climb to the stratosphere. In pub play, I have no desire or patience to find you in the clouds. It's pub play, fer chrissake.

All behaviour points to a player who plays for kill/death ratio above all else.

As I said, you're a very good player, and as good a the best pilots in TLB. Though sometimes I feel like inviting some of BF's best pilots we've come across, just to bring the attitude back down to earth.

The guys are right, you're a great pilot and I'm lucky if I can shoot you down, however, today when we were playing Market Garden you kept saying all you wanted to do was "stunts" and made comments such as "If I get shot down by the AA again, I'm going to have to attack your base. I will say that i do follow the rules,..as far as that vulture comment earlier i would think it would be on a map like kusrk,...i know the rules and wont constantly strafe the base,...however,...if i notice 1 rd of ammo comin at me from there while im outside the base,..then in my book thats grounds to take it out (if im wrong on that lemme know). I will admit that i can get abit grumpy at times and can occosionally be a jerkoff and i apologise for that,..but as a whole im just another schmuck fraggin it up, and 99% of the time have plenty of fun with u guys playin. I personally take offense to anyone who claims that i am not a team player, ive "taken one for the team", more times than i can count. as far as how i fly,..well thats how i fly,...to tell someone they cant or shouldnt do something a certain way??...when im playin iwo and someone has the af pixelated with the ship,...well,...i just adapt and overcome,....in my opinion,...a plane in the air is better than one respawnin,..why,..because it gives ur team the advantage. i played in a clan before and i know how people play,..but me personally i just dont have a pub play mode or a match play,..its always 100% of just how i play.anyways,..just lemme know guys and ill respect whatever decision u guys come to. take it easy and maybe ill see u guys on the bf.

It is like a pro football player showing up at a sand lot game...and just pounding the kids into the ground and not letting up a bit. It just doesn't make sense. If you are that good..be good enough to know when to let up.

Seems that the main problem is airfield strafing and a bit o trash talking. So you are a above average pilot, then use that skill to take out aa, tanks, and anything moving on the ground or in the air!! If you are great pilot then you do not need to straif the airfield to get kills..as for stunts...wrong server!!!! So play nice don't talk down to those you kill( or those that kill you) and everything should be kosher, right?

I recall it being on El Al a couple of days ago. If I remember correctly(which I do) you stayed over our axis main for a few minutes at the start of the map. We had 2 of the three bases but yet you still stayed over our main, bombing and strafing the airfield. That gets old really fast. I imagine your allied team could've used your help getting bases instead of bombing our main.

I've been playing quite a bit with Jarhead lately and he will actually bomb a base and follow me into base if I call for air support. That is what team play is all about. It's pretty nice when you call for air support and you get a roger that two seconds later.

VigRX, first I think you are a good pilot and I like to fly against good pilots just like the rest of TLB does. It make us all better pilots, but there is more to it than dogfighting and base raping. As a team pilot you are nowhere near the top as far as some of the pilots that come on our server.

You can say all you want, but you don't play as a team pilot. Saying so doesn't make it so. Not trying to flame you, just telling the truth based on opinions in the clan.

Just play the game for fun, be a teamplayer and don't smacktalk and you will be welcome here as long as you want to play. Keep going the way you are going .....................?

Dude you are great up in the sky, but straffing the airfield over and over again just doesnt cut it here. And being told repeatedly not too by a member isnt the way to win us over. Just play the team game and you will do fine.

had tulips on last night and got kicked. Then came on t.s. and asked why? Well with a three day ban on and a name change, it took pb a few minutes to get you. I didn't post the ban I was just on T.S. I think "V" HAWK was talking to you.
The server got ass clown heavy on one map and I couldn't spawn in between kicks and finding basecampers. The worse was the planes just dueing figure eight passes over the base.
I play to relax not to get pived. Or get in one's base and raise hell. Go for the flags.

I was on yesterday and the map was Kharkov. We were getting our asses handed to us. Now, you all know that I very RARELY get in a plane at all. I happened to spawn by an empty plane so I jumped in it. Just started to roll forward and I hear a dive bomber....BOOM me dead, johnny tightass killed me. I watched in the deathcam as he went back up and straight back down and bombed our airfield again.

So I asked "Same shit different day??" and he responded by saying "what do you mean?" and "it was the only strafing run I have done all day" (even though he killed me and bombed again after that.) What are the chances that the first plane I jump in (in about 10 maps) happens to be his "only strafing run of the day"?? Bunch of BS if you ask me. This guy lives on the edge and does whatever the f he wants to when he thinks no one is watching. Of course he will be good when Bart is watching.

I think his days are numbered, but his actions will determine that.

You won't win this battle, so you might as well alter your playstyle a bit if you expect to play on our servers. I don't ban people much, but you can be sure if I suspect you are an assclown, that I will watch you much more carefully when in game.

i was playing the other night i belive it was iwa jima and i was calling for air support because my ship was getting bombed all to hell. and i watched you fly right over me and circle back and left me to get bomb. that is really the frist time ive been in a ship and called for air support and not got it. and to top it off you left me to get sunk.

i am going to say this im not that good of a player and i know this but playing with people like mool. silz,bart anarky worthington, and pretty much this whole clan my game has inproved alot but i play for the team not for myself. i dont care how many points i get or kills as long as we win the map. ill switch to sniper for a spot all the time and a engy if someone needs the repairs. its all about the team. if your team needs you help them i know this is only pub play but dame you can help and not worry about your score. if this isnt your still of play and it contunes to be all about you and not the team than i hope you leave and play on a EA server were everyone only cares about there score and not the team.

No-one here has denied you can handle a plane well, what has put everyone "on notice" to watch you is the attitude that comes with it, and when a guest of ours posts to confirm our own thoughts, you wonder why we are watching your behaviour on our server?

Hmmm... I didn't even know this discussion was going on -- but, last night, after two nights in a row where I saw Johnny/Vig being rude (edited for more polite word), I banned him for three days. I think I've only banned one person before and that was for one day. So, I'm certain not ban happy...

Vig/Johnny did come on TS asking why he was banned and I think was confused because of the time it took to get him off the server he wasn't sure what he had done. I told him that if I hadn't observed him being "disruptive" several times previously then I probably wouldn't have banned him.

Vig/Johnny, you do a lot of things on the server that communicate that you don't care about your team mates -- seem to like to play the role of a cocky, disruptive teenager. We have a pretty mature group here and we just get tired of playing with people who are disrespectful, disruptive to a fun game, and who don't play with a spirit of commradare.

I can tell, though, that you seem to be sincerely trying to sort out what ever issues people have with your style. Gotta respect that...
